Carnival of Los Cristianos

The International Carnival of Los Cristianos 2019 will have as its central theme "The Jungle". From March 21 to April 1, wild animals, tropical jungle and lots of color will invade this coastal area of Arona.

The most important events include the announcing parade of Playa de Las Americas on Saturday, March 23rd, the Queen's Election Gala on Thursday the 28th, Gala Drag on Friday the 29th, Carnival of the day on Saturday the 30th and Apotheosis Carnival Parade on March 31st, culminating on April 1st with the traditional burial of the Sardine.

The poster of the Carnival, made by Naremelián Mahugo, symbolizes the wildest jungle environment in the middle of the night.
