The hotel is located in the southern part of town of Playa de las Américas, directly on the extensive promenade, about 50 m from the natural beach, a mixture of lava, stone and sand. It is a mere 300 metres to the local beach, Playa de Troya. The tourist area of Las Veronicas with its countless shopping venues, restaurants, bars and entertainment venues is located in the hotel's vicinity (600 m). Public transport departs from a stop located 200 m from the hotel. The airport is approximately 15 km away.
The welcoming rooms include an en suite bathroom with hairdryer and a balcony (either with sea views or facing inland may be booked). Additional furnishings include a direct dial telephone, individually regulated air conditioning, satellite TV, a minibar (on request) and the option of safe hire.

The grounds span 14,000m² and offer guests subtropical, lush gardens, 2 freshwater swimming pools (one is heated in winter) as well as a poolside snack bar in the African style. Poolside un loungers and parasols are also included. Sports enthusiasts may also take advantage of the 4 tennis hard courts (for an added fee) and table tennis. Furthermore, guests may choose to enjoy a spot of archery, bocce or pool (for an extra fee). An aerobics programme is also available. The hotel organises a daily entertainment programme that incorporates live shows and dance; programmes for children are ran in the holiday period.
