This air-conditioned spa hotel, which was renovated in 2007, is situated on a 10.000 m² property in a natural setting, with views over typical Canarian houses, as well as excellent views of the sea and the mountain. It has 50 rooms in total, which are spread over 3 floors. Guests have at their disposal a lobby with 24-hour reception, 24-hour check-in/check-out, lifts, cafeteria, restaurant, bar, hairdressers' salon and conference facilities. Internet access is available for an additional charge . Parking facilities are available to guests arriving by car. Younger guests are sure to enjoy the playground, though it is subject to fees.
 
The hotel is situated in the La Cartaya quarter in the municipality of Los Realejos, some 5 km from the centre of Puerto de la Cruz. Links to public transport can be found in the vicinity, while the nearest restaurants are a 15-minute walk away. The nearest nightlife options can be found in the centre of Puerto de la Cruz. Los Rodeos and Tenerife North Airport are some 35 km away.
The Village of Los Realejos is situated in the north of Tenerife as a part inside the natural region of the Orotava Valley. The spacious rooms offer individually adjustable air-conditioning and heating, a full en suite bathroom with hairdryer, satellite/cable TV, direct dial telephone and an ample terrace. For an additional fee, a minibar and a safe deposit box are available.
 
The spa has an area of 500 m² and offers facilities for complete relaxation (subject to fees). There include facial and/or body massage, traditional spa treatments as well as thalassotherapy treatments with seaweed, marine mud baths, chromotherapy, a sauna, steam room, hot tub, massage treatments, showers with essential oils, varied pressure showers, cold baths and body temperature swimming pools. The hotel gym provides cardiovascular equipment. Other options in the area include minigolf and rowing (both subject to fees). Guests can take advantage of the outdoor swimming pool with children's pool, sun loungers and parasols.
