IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
For safety reasons and while the mouflon control actions are being carried out in the Teide National Park, the prohibition of access and permanence in the entire territory of the National Park has been established, for all people outside this activity, except for certain trails , viewpoints and sectors that will be accessible, (see map), on the following dates and times:
Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday included within the following periods:
-From June 15 to July 13, 2020
-October 2 to November 2, 2020
Siete Cañadas sector: from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Pico Viejo sector: from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Mouflon control is a necessary management activity for the conservation of this space. (Resolution of May 21, 2020 of the Councilor of the Area of Management of the Natural Environment and Security of the Cabildo de Tenerife by which the prohibition of access and permanence in certain areas and trails of the Teide National Park is established during control actions mouflon for security reasons).
