12th Fish Fair

Los Cristianos will host the "12th Fish Fair" next Saturday, 29th August, organised by Ayuntamiento de Arona and Arona Promoción Económica. The main aim of the event is to highlight the importance of local artisanal fishing and pay tribute to its local fishermen.
The event will take place at Plaza de la Pescadora and the Muelle Viejo (Old Port) in the coastal area, running from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm this Saturday.

5:00 pm – 11:00 pm: 2026 FISH FAIR EXHIBITION. Cofradía de Pescadores de Nuestra Señora de Las Mercedes
5:00 pm – 8:00 pm: Children's workshops for the little ones
6:30 pm – 11:00 pm: MUSICAL PERFORMANCES
6:30 pm: Performance by the Asociación Sociocultural Herederos de Chasna
8:00 pm: Performance by Grupo Vinomios Folk 
9:30 pm: Musical Show: De Vuelta, presented by Compañía JEITA

MUELLE VIEJO
7:00 pm – 9:00 pm: SHOWCOOKING featuring Diego Schattenhofer , Executive Chef at 1973 Taste Restaurant  (Michelin Star), alongside Arona's local fishermen
9:30 pm – 11:00 pm: TASTING of seafood recipes prepared in the traditional style of Los Cristianos fishermen.
