INFORMATION OFFICES:
Metropolitano de Tenerife has two information offices at both line terminals (La Laguna and Santa Cruz). These offices assist customers with everything concerning general information about the tram (lines, timetables, bus connections, etc), and the tickets, travel cards and season tickets available, which can all be purchased at the offices themselves. The offices also handle customer queries and suggestions, in addition to lost property.
ROUTES: (Ticket validation is compulsory)
The tram links the main areas of interest within the metropolitan area of Tenerife. The line connects leading public institutions, cultural and educational centres, service and commercial areas.
Travel cards: Discounts with Bono Vía (travel cards for 15 or 25 Euro) and Abono Mes (monthly)(48 Euro per month for unlimited travel).
