National Parador

Las Cañadas del Teide National "Parador" Hotel . Detached building within the Park. Inside, it recreates the atmosphere of a cosy house of the high mountain area, both in the lounges and in the rooms. It also offers terraces with imposing panoramic views of Mt. Teide.
It is a real pleasure to taste the range of exquisite and original Canary Island dishes in the Parador restaurant. These include Canary Island "puchero" stew, rabbit in "salmorejo" sauce, "papas arrugadas" (potatoes boiled in their jackets) with tasty "mojo" sauces and parrot fish.
The hotel has a garden, gymnasium, sauna, heated swimming pool, restaurant, bar and cafeteria.

This centre is housed in a wing of the National Parador Tourist Hotel and opens daily from 9:00 to 16:00. It offers information on man´s relations with the environment, the evolution of land uses and customs and the archaeological heritage of the National Park.
