Fasnia
The Fasnia volcano is in the highland area of the borough, with access from the area of Izaña. The volcano last erupted in 1705.Three volcanic structures of different shapes and sizes emerged along a fault line running NE - SW.
Down on the coast, the La Hondura cliff is not just outstanding for its saltwater vegetation, but also because it is a breeding ground for many species of sea-birds, both migratory and sedentary ones. The area of Los Roques is also a site of interest. The Erques ravine, on the boundary with Güimar, is another interesting nature site, classed as a protected area.
